Frank Fengyu Zhao, L. AC., PhD
Dr. Frank is a distinguished expert in complementary and alternative medicine, specializing in holistic healing for over 40 years.
He earned his degree from GuangXi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1984 and further trained in Rehabilitation Medicine at the National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities in Japan. He later obtained his M.D., Ph.D. in Neurology and Neurological Science from Tokyo Medical and Dental University.
Dr. Frank has held prestigious positions, including Director of the Acupuncture Department at the People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in China and Research Fellow in Herb and Acupuncture at Harvard Medical School. He has also served as a Visiting Professor at multiple Japan branches of leading Traditional Chinese Medicine universities:

Currently, he is the owner of NY Yes Acupuncture PC, a Board Member of the United Alliance of NYS Licensed Acupuncturists, Vice Chairman of the World Manipulative Medical Association, Exclusive Council Member of the 3rd Board of Specialty Committee of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, and Professor at the New York College of Health Professions.
Dr. Frank is renowned for his expertise in various acupuncture techniques, including Scalp, Abdominal, Auricular, Eye, Tongue, Facial, and Hand Acupuncture, as well as Moxibustion, Herbal Medicine, Cupping, Gua Sha, Traditional Massage, Foot Reflexology, and Rehabilitation Medicine.

Minlin Liu, L. AC.
Dr. Liu is a highly skilled expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with over 36 years of experience in holistic healing.
She earned her M.D. in TCM from Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1988. She then worked as a Clinical Physician at Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital, Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, for six years before becoming an Attending Physician there for an additional eight years.
Dr. Liu later moved to Japan, where she successfully ran her own Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic for five years. After relocating to the United States, she served as a Researcher in the Endocrine Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School for seven years. She then worked at the New York Injury and Rehabilitation Center before establishing her own acupuncture practice in Manhattan in 2013.
Her areas of expertise include Scalp Acupuncture, Auriculotherapy, Facial Acupuncture, Abdominal Acupuncture, and Navel Acupuncture, along with Moxibustion, Herbal Medicine, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Traditional Massage.
